· 9 – 10am Managers Meeting; Location – TBD
· 10 – 11am Team Mom Meeting; Location – TBD
· 11am – 2pm Team Check-in @ West Little York
· 11am – 2pm Team Pictures @ West Little York
· 2 – 5pm Events @ West Little York
· 5:30 Parade on WLY Field #6
Managers Meeting:
Minimum one Manager required; 2 maximum

· Review Rules
· Q & A session
Team Mom Meeting:
Review overall plans for the week
Team Check-in:
· Rosters will be checked – players that have not been verified by Nations will have to present birth certificate for verification
· Coaches need to supply jersey numbers for each player
Team Pictures:
Times will be determined by first come first serve – all players must be present and in uniform
Events:
Teams will move from field to field all together. A schedule will be provided at the managers meeting stating what event you will start with and the event path

2. Speed
3. Accurate Throw
4. Around the Horn
Parade:
Teams need to start to make there way to field #6 around 5:15pm
It will be 10u teams first (in alphabetical order) then 14u teams.
